We are looking for an experienced and passionate Management Trainer / Faculty Member to join our team and lead professional courses in business, marketing, HR, finance, and related fields.
Deliver lectures on subjects like Business Management, HR, Marketing, Finance, etc.
Prepare curriculum, session plans, and training material
Guide students with real-life case studies and practical insights
Conduct tests, assignments, and project evaluations
Support students in career planning and interview preparation
Stay updated with current industry trends
Graduate/Postgraduate in MBA, BBA, or related fields
Prior teaching or training experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Knowledge of digital tools (PowerPoint, Google Classroom, etc.)
Experience in corporate training or online teaching
Practical knowledge in business tools like Excel, Tally, CRM, etc.
Certification in management or teaching-related fields
